Since 1997 Ian Smith has been developing interesting dishes using the finest meat, game and vegetables found in the Highlands.  All are prepared by hand in the EC approved kitchens in Bonar Bridge using traditional open pan methods.  Each dish is prepared by hand using freshly roasted and ground spices. We do not use any additives, preservatives or colourings in the meals and each is blast frozen for freshness.

Vegan Meals

Local Highland meat is of course a favourite, but we also produce a range of vegetarian dishes which are registered with the Vegan Society as being 100% free of animal products.

Low in salt and sugar and Gluten Free

Our dishes are prepared as you would at home if you had the time. When you use good ingredients there is no need to add quantities of salt or sugar to disguise the flavour!  Additives are often used to thicken, colour or 'enhance' the taste of foods with cheaper constituent parts.  We believe only in producing what we would eat ourselves and serve to our families.
